Students got a first-hand experience of using the latest equipment and interactive hands on sessions with the professional chefs. The workshop demonstrated the utility value of grill, dishes like roast chicken, chicken shaslik, and pizzas with varied toppings.

It was an enriching experience for the students who were exposed to new vistas with the rich experience and technical acumen of the resource persons. The Department of Hotel Management organized the interaction with the team of professionals from Weber and the demo cum workshop of Bespoke Barbeque concepts on campus on the 29th August 2017.
