President of IFCA, Chef Manjit Gill and Vice Chancellor, Prof Jawahar Doreswamy signed the Memorandum of Understanding on January 17, 2024 towards furthering the federation’s objective of promoting and nurturing Indian cuisine across the globe. The association will help utilize media channels and Geographical Indication (GI) tagging to showcase and preserve the rich diversity of Indian culinary traditions.
