Third University Slow Food Day celebrated

The day was about celebrating regional flavours, recreating lost recipes and spreading awareness of local vegetables and cuisines.

Mr. Jayaram, founder of Green Path Foundation released the inaugural edition of “Pranthiya” a book to popularize and kindle interest in slow food. The event organized by department of HEM was held on campus on October 12, 2018.
