The BBA Hospitality & Event Management department conducted an Oriental Cuisine workshop with special emphasis on Chinese Cuisine on Aug 10-11, 2017. The demo and workshop, an alumni Initiative was curated by Pavan (2007 batch), Sous Chef, Leela Palace, proved to be a great experiential learning opportunity.
