CISCO ThingQbator - 4 teams from PES get seed funding

The entrepreneurial spirit seems to be running high in the students of PESU!

We are extremely happy and proud to share that the CISCO ThingQbator Cohort-4 results are finally out, and 4 out of the top 10 teams from all over the country are from PES University!

Out of the 150 highly competent teams that entered into Round 1 of the program from universities and prestigious institutions across the country, and from among the 3000+ teams that had registered, only 10 teams made it through to the final stage. This was a long grueling multi-month competition (and not a single event)

We are extremely proud to announce that after multiple months of work, 4 out of the top 10 teams that have emerged winners are from PES University! The PESU teams were up against the best of the best in the country (IIT, NIT, BITS, etc)! The finals were judged by experts from the industry (Cisco/Nasscom)

These teams will be walking away with Five Lakh Rupees of seed funding, to help grow their idea and to convert it into something substantial. CIE and the PES Entrepreneurship Cell coordinated the program for the teams at PES University, and encouraged them to perform exceptionally!
