Masterclass on Japanese cuisine
Japanese cuisine encompasses the regional and traditional foods of Japan, which have developed through centuries of political, economic, and social changes. Chef. Harika of Oberoi Bangalore introduced the students to types of Sushi with their cuts, techniques of rolling sushi and key ingredients of their typical curry. Masterclass on Japanese cuisine was held on November 24. 2022 at RR campus.
