Workshop on Kashmiri cuisine
Kashmir is home to a sophisticated art of cooking that has evolved into a distinctive cuisine. Chef Rahul Wali drawing from his rich experience in this unique culinary art shared recipes, methods and techniques for imparting that special flavor while keeping in mind the basics of tasting before serving, using ingredients of the best quality and mise en place which is preparation of dishes and ingredients before the beginning of service. The workshop by expert chef Rahul Wali was organized by the department of HEM on August 23, 2023.
