Cheese appreciation workshop
The list of popular delicacies in which cheese is used as a primary ingredient or as a taste defining component is growing. A well informed understanding of characteristics of cheese, cheese pairing, accompaniments, different milk sources, ageing process, geographic origins, cutting techniques and presenting is important for succeeding in the hospitality industry. The workshop on cheese appreciation was organised by the department of BBA HEM on September 13, 2023 at RR campus.
