Wins in culinary competitions
Students of BBA HEM won the best prize in the dessert category in Odyssey competition held at Christ University on February 1-2, 2024. In another contest held at hotel Hilton, students got an opportunity to compete and showcase their culinary skills in preparing a traditional main course with accompaniment. With a deep understanding of the cuisine the team attempted desi deconstructed Shakshuka paired with quinoa flatbread, accompanied by roasted garlic mashed potato, salsa and with a side of mint sauce. Manish Garg, General Manager and the Director of the HR department shared insights about culinary innovation. The students of BBA HEM received a commendation prize at the competition held on Feb 12, 2024 at Hilton Garden Inn.
