Students of hospitality and event management presented their research work in the 12th International Conference on Contemporary Issues in Management. Kusumanjali presented a review of the impact and recovery strategies during pandemic times. Tarunika R and Rachita H presented a review of eco-friendly floral practices in the hospitality industry. Preeti, Uday and Chetan presented a comprehensive review of environmental, health and economic implications of sustainable approaches to cooking oil reuse. Deeksha, Disha Tiwary and Nandini presented a review on the role of event design elements in shaping attendee experiences and perceptions. CIM 24 was organized by International School of Management Excellence, Bengaluru on February 23-24, 2024.
