Learning patisserie techniques
Students of BBA-HEM got an opportunity to learn more about advanced chocolate tempering techniques, balancing of flavors and textures in baking and techniques for delicate pastries presentation. The workshop at Whitecaps International School of Pastry was conducted by Chef Vittorio Santoro, Founder, Cast Alimenti, Italy on September 12, 2024.
