Sunil Gavande, Director and CEO of Dabbawallas in the keynote address shared the secrets behind their remarkable efficiency. He highlighted the community spirit and dedication that drive their operations, illustrating how their commitment to quality service has highlighted their business model in the industry. Sanjay Kumar, the spokesperson for the Dabbawallas, provided insights into their impressive Six Sigma performance. He explained their innovative use of numerical and alphabetical coding systems, which enable timely collection and delivery of meals with minimal errors. The session left students inspired and equipped with practical knowledge, reinforcing the idea that dedication, teamwork, and innovation are essential for entrepreneurial success.
