Expert talk on customer insights and sales
Customer insights help businesses create better products and services, improve customer experience, and increase sales. Mr Dinesh Kumar shared his experience with a leading job portal that began as a listing platform and grew into a successful business. He highlighted the importance of resilience and adaptability in sales. He elaborated on the importance of being prepared and developing a growth mindset. He was of the view that preparation for engaging with the target audience and new technologies is a key component of a sales strategy.
