Dr. Suryaprasad, Director, PES Electronic City Campus was present on the occasion. The inauguration of First year B.Tech (CSE), B.Arch and B.Des programs was held at the PES University campus on August 2, 2019.

  • Students get hands on experience of industry leading technologies: Arudino, FPGA and Photovoltaics

The Electrical and Electronics Department held technology intensive interactions that provided students with hands-on experience of some of the industry leading technologies. Guided by staff members, students actively participated also in the planning, logistics and live demonstrations. Arudino Projects: Students got an opportunity to build a moving robot with wheels and control its direction and speed using hardware and software. The 6 day workshop conducted by faculty members guided students in using a low cost and simpler methods to build devices that interact with their environment using sensors and actuators. Participants built devices using sensors for temperature and humidity, ultrasound, IR and motion.
