National Voters Day - 2024 at PESU

National Voters Day was celebrated on January 25th, 2024 to educate and to sensitize first-time voters, an occasion that holds immense significance as it promotes the democratic ethos of our nation and encourages the youth to actively participate in the electoral process. The event witnessed a turnout of over 900 students actively participating in the event. Honorable Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi addressed the occasion live-streamed. Dr. J. Suryaprasad, Vice-Chancellor, Dr. K S Sridhar, Registrar, and Preetham Gowda, MLA were present.
