Chef Krishnamurthy shared insights about working with chocolate that included general approaches to situation handling and working under pressure and specific techniques on infusion of chocolate in variant pastries and confectionery. Choco Craft chocolate workshop was organized by the department of BBA HEM on April 5, 2024 at RR campus.
