Food art session

Students of hospitality and event management got an opportunity for brainstorming on crafting and promoting a new dish and backing it up with a financial plan. After briefing by the escort team participants decorated a cake with the provided sponge and other items and created a short narration and named the dish. Dishes were evaluated for creativity, presentation, sales pitch, communication and likes on social media. Bootstrap 2024- Food Art was organized by the department BBA-HEM from July 22-26, 2024 at RR campus.
