Live cooking experience

Students of BBA HEM conducted a Gueridon Service activity, a task which involves live cooking with flare to learn the skill of preparing and customizing food preparation in front of customers. The exercise covered explaining each step of the preparation to the guest, making them feel involved while being meticulously clean and organised. The live cooking experiential learning session was held on March 10-11, 2025 at RR campus.
