Exploring Nature and Adventure: A Day at Kanakapura

On 8th November 2025, students from PES University’s BBA-HEM program embarked on an unforgettable journey to the Nature Adventure Camp in Kanakapura. The day was packed with excitement, learning, and camaraderie, offering a perfect blend of adventure and personal growth.

The Journey Begins
The group set off early in the morning, arriving at the camp by 7:30 AM. After a hearty breakfast, the adventure kicked off with canoeing and kayaking games, followed by thrilling water activities that tested both skill and courage.

Fun and Fitness
From mud volleyball to challenging rope courses, every activity was designed to foster teamwork and physical endurance. The highlight of the day was the trek to Sunset Peak, where students experienced breathtaking views and the serenity of nature.

Learning Beyond the Classroom
This trip wasn’t just about fun—it was a lesson in life skills. Students enhanced their teamwork and collaboration, strengthened leadership and decision-making abilities, and improved physical fitness and mental well-being. They also gained insights into environmental sustainability, learning the importance of eco-friendly practices and conservation.

Memorable Moments
With 31 students, 4 faculty members, and 2 support staff, the event was a true success. The quote of the day summed it up perfectly:
“Life is either an incredible adventure or nothing at all.”

Why It Mattered
The Kanakapura trip aligned with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including quality education, good health, sustainable cities, and climate action. It was a reminder that learning can happen anywhere—especially in the lap of nature.
