Spanning from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. each day, the event offered students an immersive learning experience within the world of luxury hospitality and large‑scale event execution.

The wedding celebrations featured a complete sequence of culturally significant events, including Haldi, Mehendi, the wedding ceremony, and the reception. Students were able to observe the flow of multi‑day wedding operations and understand how each segment demands distinct planning, coordination, and aesthetic considerations.
