PES University Hosts E-Week 2025: Igniting Innovation, Resilience, and Leadership
The Faculty of Management and Commerce at PES University successfully organized Entrepreneurship Week (E-Week) 2025 from October 13–15, 2025, at GJB Auditorium 1A, creating a vibrant platform for entrepreneurial learning and inspiration. Over 500 participants each day engaged in keynote sessions, panel discussions, and interactive workshops, gaining insights into innovation, resilience, and leadership.
Day 1: Lessons in Resilience and Leadership
The opening keynote by Varun Agarwal, Co-founder of Alma Mater, set the tone with his powerful message:
“All you need in life is 20 seconds of courage.”
Other highlights included:
- Pallabi Ghosh on social entrepreneurship and women’s empowerment.
- A panel on Breaking the Glass Ceiling, featuring women leaders sharing journeys of mentorship and inclusion.
- Ravi Kiran Kulkarni on government initiatives driving youth entrepreneurship.
Day 2: Vision, Technology, and Startup Spirit
Sessions focused on innovation and adaptability:
- Sumit Jasoria on turning vision into ventures.
- Animesh Rai on entrepreneurship in an AI-driven workplace.
- RamG Vallath on resilience through his PEGS mantra.
- A panel on Building Resilient, Scalable, and Sustainable Ventures, emphasizing clarity, adaptability, and collaboration.
Day 3: Grit, Legacy, and Happiness
The final day featured:
- Ajay Shankar Sharma on patience and adaptability in entrepreneurship.
- Alumni panel sharing stories of grit and growth.
- Jayanth Subramani and Dr. Mohanakrishnan Raman on family business succession.
- Anmol Garg and Mike Murali on finding happiness and purpose in entrepreneurship.
Why E-Week Matters
E-Week 2025 reinforced that entrepreneurship is not just about startups—it’s about courage, adaptability, and purpose. From lessons on failure and gender inclusion to innovation and family business legacy, the summit inspired students to create value beyond profit.
