Women’s Day Celebration

The celebrations were marked by a symbolic display of solidarity with commitment to women’s empowerment. Students and teaching and non-teaching staff, wore red to express unity towards the cause of women's empowerment. The event featured discussion on the importance of gender equality, celebrating women's achievements and honoring the faculty with specially crafted cards. On the occasion Earthing, a film highlighting the works of American contractor Didi Contractor, a recipient of the Nari Shakti Puraskar. Co-produced by the Council of Architecture in collaboration with Eco-logico and Raza Foundation, the film inspired attendees with its message of environmental stewardship and female empowerment. The celebration of International Women's Day was organized by the department of Architecture on March 7, 2024 at RR campus.
