Expert talk on career paths in business administration

The speaker, Mr. Sathvik Guruprasad guided the participants on exploring and preparing for diverse career options from entrepreneurship to corporate career paths. The participants reflected on their career aspirations by listing and ranking twenty factors they value in a job and identified their top priorities. He elaborated on traits of passion, resilience, and adaptability while discussing challenges such as financial uncertainty. Drawing from his experience, Mr Sathvik, highlighted the importance of continuous learning and decision-making, including the difference between one-way and two-way decisions. The career assistance talk by Mr. Sathvik Guruprasad, Senior Global Process Leader at Amazon was organized by Faculty of Management and Commerce, Department of BBA and BBA (Business Analytics) in collaboration with Kelpie marketing club on October 18, 2024 at RR campus.
