PES University Hosts HR Leadership Summit 2026: Shaping the Future of Work

PES University’s Faculty of Management and Commerce, Department of BBA and BBA Business Analytics, organized the HR Leadership Summit 2026 on March 10–11, 2026 at the GJB Auditorium 1B. The two‑day summit brought together top HR leaders, industry experts, academicians, and students to explore emerging trends redefining the future of work in an AI‑driven era.

The summit was inaugurated with an invocation dance and lamp‑lighting ceremony by senior university leadership. The event featured keynote talks and panel discussions on global talent mobility, leadership transformation, diversity and inclusion, workforce capability, AI‑enabled HR practices, and evolving employee expectations.

Renowned speakers including Soumitra Das, Paramveer Singh Narang, Deepak Yadav, Santhosh Bayaluseeme Raghunath, S. Venkatesh, Ram Prasad, Aseem Mishra, Souvik Bhattacharjee, Vignesh Venkatraman, and several others shared insights on modern hiring strategies, leadership behavior, performance management, inclusive organizational culture, and the rising significance of adaptability in workplaces.

Interactive sessions and panel discussions—such as “The New Employee Value Proposition,” “Hiring for Potential,” “Learning, Unlearning, Relearning,” and “Leading Without Boundaries”—emphasized continuous learning, agility, emotional intelligence, and conscious career development.

More than 1,100 participants attended the summit, including students, faculty, and industry professionals. Students from the BBA and BBA Business Analytics programs contributed significantly as volunteers, handling operations, hospitality, coordination, and media activities.

The HR Leadership Summit 2026 successfully fostered dialogue between academia and industry, further strengthening PES University’s commitment to preparing future‑ready graduates equipped for the rapidly evolving world of work.
