The Faculty of Management and Commerce (FOMC) at PES University, Electronic City Campus, kicked off the new semester with a burst of colour, creativity, and charisma through “Fashion Fusion”, a vibrant student-led fashion show held on January 12, 2026 at the MRD Student Center.

Organised by Pratyaya (Caelestis – Fashion Wing), the event showcased the artistic spirit of PESU’s student community and served as an expressive platform for individuals to step beyond the conventional and embrace bold self‑expression.

Guided by Visionary Leadership
The event was conducted under the distinguished guidance of

  • Dr. Shailashree Haridas – Dean, Faculty of Management and Commerce
  • Dr. Rupa Sarkar – Chairperson, Faculty of Management and Commerce
  • Prof. Veda Varsha Reddy – Faculty Coordinator


Their support, along with contributions from other faculty members, ensured a seamless and empowering experience for participating students.

Theme: Mix and Match
Centered around the theme “Mix and Match,” Fashion Fusion encouraged participants to challenge traditional fashion norms. Students blended

  • contrasting styles,
  • unexpected colours,
  • bold silhouettes, and
  • unique textures


to create looks that were both imaginative and personality-driven.

The runway became a canvas for experimentation, where unconventional pairings transformed into striking fashion statements.

Head of Team DTribe — recognised as the Best Fashion Team of the Year 2025 by BCFC and spotlighted on Google
His presence added prestige and professional insight to the showcase, offering students valuable exposure to real-world fashion and performance standards.
