International Yoga Day 2023 Celebration at PES University

International Yoga day was held at PES University campus on June 21, 2023. The Chancellor of PES University Dr. M. R. Doreswamy said Yoga must be made compulsory from Class 6th onwards up to Post-Graduation and become part of the curriculum. As Swamy Vivekananda said, a person can be transformed by making him practice Yoga regularly. There is a lot of evidence showing that Yoga alleviates chronic health issues and improves one's learning capacity.

Over 1300 students and Faculty participated in the celebration, which was organized by the Department of Sports and Physical Education.
