Field visit to organic farm

Students of BBA HEM got an opportunity to understand sustainability practices in the food cycle, Cacao farming and food consumption methods. They observed closely the harvesting, extraction, fermentation and ladoo making with Cocoa beans. The field visit to Chempotty Estate near Mysore was organized on February 17, 2024.
