Mixology and flaring workshop

The workshop highlighted the fundamental principle of cocktail construction by application of S+S+S+W, Spirit, Sweet, Sour and Weak. The participants could appreciate the difference between cocktails that showcase the base spirit and those that burst with a symphony of flavors. Latest trends in mixology like smoke infused cocktails and practice of manipulation of bar tools and bottles in dazzling ways were outlined. The workshop conducted by Mr. Rohan Carvalho, president of Indian Flair Bartenders Association (IFBA) was organized by the department of BBA HEM at RR campus on March 27, 2024.
