Cake workshop

Students of BBA HEM program got an opportunity to appreciate the nuances of pastry, cake decorating and piping techniques from chef Arvind Prasad, co-founder and executive pastry chef at Whitecaps and chef Mary Ann George, Pastry Chef 7 trainer for cake engineering. Cake workshop and competition was held at Whitecaps on May 4-5,2024.
