Participation in conference on housekeeping management

Students of BBA HEM who participated in the conference on housekeeping management got an opportunity to understand the importance of automation and digitization in housekeeping that covered topics of integration of IoT devices, applications of AI for predictive maintenance, robotics for automated cleaning tasks and making hotel operations more sustainable. The conference was organized by the National Professional Housekeepers Association in Bangalore on September 14, 2024.
