Learning culinary event management

Fusion of gastronomy and event planning to drive for immersive food-focused celebrations are gaining popularity. Students created a traditional festive Onam food over two days from initial planning to final execution. The department of BBA-HEM conducted its annual Onam Fest as part of culinary and event management practical learnings,on September 9-10, 2025 at RR campus.
