PES University Men’s Basketball Team Delivers Strong Performances in Inter‑Collegiate Tournaments 2026

PES University proudly applauds the impressive achievements of its Men’s Basketball Team, who showcased skill, determination, and teamwork across national‑level and state‑level tournaments during February 2026.

The team delivered a commendable performance at “Athlos ’26”, a National Level Sports Fest organized by Alliance University, Bengaluru, held from February 18 to 21, 2026. Competing against strong teams from institutions across the country, the PESU men’s team emerged as Runners‑up, demonstrating resilience and high‑level competitive play. Their efforts were further recognized with a cash prize of INR 10,000, marking a significant achievement at the national level.

Continuing their winning momentum, the team went on to participate in “Udaan ’26”, a State Level Sports Fest organized by Presidency University, Bengaluru, from February  24 to 27, 2026. Displaying exceptional coordination and consistency throughout the tournament, the PESU Men’s Basketball Team clinched the Winner’s title, along with a cash prize of INR 6,000.

These back‑to‑back successes reflect the team’s dedication, disciplined training, and strategic gameplay. Their achievements highlight PES University’s strong sporting culture and its continued support for competitive sports alongside academic excellence.
