The Department of BBA Hospitality and Event Management at PES University recently organized an enriching field visit to Foodhall, 1 MG Mall, MG Road, Bengaluru, on September 16, 2026. Led by Chef Nagarjun Nayani, the visit provided students specializing in Kitchen Operations with valuable exposure to the world of premium food retailing, imported ingredients, and international culinary products.
A Hands-On Learning Experience
The visit was designed to bridge classroom learning with real-world industry practices. During the session, students explored a wide range of imported food products, gourmet ingredients, specialty cheeses, premium cold cuts, and processed meat varieties available at Foodhall.
