The Department of Pharmacology at PES University Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (PESUIMSR) continues to foster academic excellence, as evidenced by an impressive performance at the State-Level Pharmacology Quiz Competition held at Apollo Medical College, Chittoor.
The competition brought together around 60 teams from medical colleges across the state, creating a challenging environment for participants to demonstrate their knowledge and analytical skills. The quiz extended beyond the conventional undergraduate MBBS curriculum and covered a wide spectrum of advanced topics, including novel drug therapies, monoclonal antibodies, pharmacogenomics, recent advances in clinical trials, and emerging developments in pharmacotherapeutics.
